Where can I buy tickets?
- From October 2nd in the online store at winterfest.at
- From October 24th personally at the Winterfest cash desk at EUROPARK Salzburg
- From October 24th by phone at: +43-662-8875801
- From October 24th in all oeticket ticket agencies and Salzburg ticket offices as well once the festival begins at the venue box office.

Wheelchair accessible
All our events are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair spaces can be reserved from October 24th by calling +43 662 8875801 or at our ticketing stand in the Europark.
The prices and discounts listed above apply to wheelchair spaces.
Getting to the venues by public transport
A limited number of tickets are available for travel by public transport (Salzburg City region). Click HERE to download your ticket for the day of the show you purchased your ticket for.
The ticket is only valid in conjunction with a Winterfest ticket for the respective event day.
Parking
There is only a limited number of parking spaces available at Volksgarten.
Please note: There are no parking spaces available at Volksgarten on ice hockey game days. On these days, you can use the parking spaces at Campus Borromäum (Gaisbergstraße 9). In any case, we ask that you allow sufficient time for your journey.
