Winterfest is the largest festival for contemporary circus in the German-speaking world. Every year Winterfest brings internationally renowned circus companies and their latest productions to Salzburg. With them, the audience is immersed in a colourful world full of captivating acrobatics, poetry and bizarre humor. A world that can sometimes be quiet, or loud – but above all always surprises and amazes.
